Overdoing it.... a little

 

For some unknown reason, my gallbladder decided to make itself known in the fall of 2020.  I had two attacks that sent me to the ER.  Both times I got pain meds and they sent me home.  But in a follow-up with the surgeon, I was told to pick the date and it would come out.  

Being a teacher, and as crazy as it was last year, I wasn't about to take time off.  So I said, "Let's see what happens and maybe do it at Christmas."  

Nothing happened, for months.  I didn't have another attack all year... until June 16, one week after school was over.  Cut to the chase, it came out.

Now I think I have overdone it a little bit.  I'll give it a couple of days and see if I need to call the doctor.  

Getting older sucks!
